We are currently offering phone consultations with your doctor for the majority of things. If the doctor feels you need to be reviewed in person then will arrange an appontment time with you.
We are continiung to offer face to face consultations for immunisations, cervical screening, wound dressings and other things as directed by the doctors.
This is a rapidly changing enviroment and we will try to keep you updated as we work our way through this time together.
MONDAY TO THURSDAY from 8am -7pm.
FRIDAY from 8am - 6pm.
Appointments can be pre booked but we keep appointments available for on the day bookings as well.
All consultations require an appointment, however if an emergency arises it will be given priority as needed.
Consultations are booked in 15 minute time intervals, please give thought to the amount of time your appointment may require - if there are more that 2 issues you wish to discuss please ask for a longer appointment.
We endeavour to SMS you if your doctor is delayed and are happy for you to call prior to leaving home or work to check also.
You will be sent a SMS reminder of your appointment 24hours in advance – please update us with any changes to your contact details
SATURDAY open between 8.30am - 12.00pm.
Saturdays are for on the day medical issues.
Fees on Saturday morning are $92 for a standard consultaion (medicare rebate $38.20)
Appointments are made by calling the clinic Saturday morning from 8.30am.
SUNDAY open between 9.00am -10.00am.
We only see registered patients of the practice on Sunday mornings.
Sunday fees are $102 for a standard consultation (medicare rebate $49.80).
We welcome new patients to the clinic.
Appointments for new patients are available Monday to Saturday.
Reception staff will be able to assist you with scheduling your first appointment.
APPOINTMENTS WITH OUR NURSES
Ros and Virginia, our practice nurses, offer a range of services including immunisations, pap smears, injections and wound dressings.
They also see patients with chronic conditions who need regular reviews.
Appointments with the practice nurses can be booked ahead of time.

Missed Appointmentsand Late Cancellations between $20 – $40 ( depending on type of booking)

Services Without Consultation (ie referrals, prescriptions) $25
When the consultation takes either less time or more time than booked, an appropriate fee will be charged.
Patients holding full pensioner card or heath care card entitlements are offered discount rates.
You will be advised of any additional items that incur an fee in addition to your consultation.
Some services are not eligible for Medicare rebates e.g. pre-employment and insurance medicals or requests to view your medical records.
All fees can be discussed confidentially with your doctor and allowances can be made for your individual circumstances.
