MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8am -7pm.

FRIDAY 8am - 6pm.

SATURDAY 8.30am – 12pm

Bookings for face-to-face appointments

  • If you have any fever or respiratory symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, loss of taste etc please identify these symptoms when booking your appointment. You will be asked to either wait outside or wear a mask if waiting in the treatment room
  • We keep appointments available for on the day bookings as well.
  • Emergencies do arise and will be given priority as needed.
  • Please note NEW Mental Health Care Plans must be booked for a long face to face consultation
  • Consultations are booked in 15-minute time intervals. Please give thought to the amount of time your appointment may require - if there are more than 2 issues you wish to discuss please consider booking a longer appointment.
  • If your doctor is delayed, we will try to notify you by SMS or we are happy for you to call prior to leaving home or work to check also.
  • You will be sent a SMS reminder of your appointment 24hours in advance – please update us with any changes to your contact details

Online Bookings (Existing Patients Only)

  • EBMC online bookings are available for both face to face and telephone consultations.
  • Please select the appointment type under the “reason for visit” (if booking online)
  • Standard fees apply to face to face and telephone appointments
  • Please note Medicare rebates are available for telephone consultations ONLY if you have been seen face to face at the practice over the past 12 months.
  • If you don’t see any available appointments online, please ring the practice directly as we do keep some appointment for “on the day” issues.

New Patients

  • We welcome new patients to the clinic.
  • Appointments for new patients are available Monday to Saturday.
  • Reception staff will be able to assist you with scheduling your first appointment.
  • All new patient consultations are booked for 30 minutes
  • When you book the appointment, you will be charged a booking fee of $60 and on the balance will be payable after your consultation
  • The $60 fee is non-refundable if you do not attend the booked appointment.

Nurse appointments

  • The nurses, offer a range of services including immunisations, injections and wound dressings.
  • They also see patients with chronic conditions who need regular reviews, these visits are generally bulk billed.
  • Other appointments with the practice nurses can be booked ahead of time and fees will be around $35.00 per visit.
